Feedback and complaints about VFS
The VFS UK visa application centre aims to provide an efficient
service to their customers. If you have any complaints, feedback
or suggestions we would like to receive them as soon as possible.
VFS will acknowledge your enquiry within 2 working days and will
provide you a timescale for a full response. If we are unable
to meet that deadline, we will advise you and provide you with
a new timescale for a final reply.

you received from VFS at the Visa Application Centre in Bahrain,

Feedback and complaints about the UK Border Agency
The UK Border Agency aims to offer a fair and professional service
to all our customers. We welcome feedback it helps us to see where
we need to improve. If you have any comments, or are concerned
about the standard of service you received, please let us know.
We investigate all complaints fully and will send you a reply
