Note: If you do not have an appointment you will not be
able to attend the visa application centre between 15:00 - 1600
to submit your visa application. You will need to book an appointment
if you wish to attend the visa application centre at one of these
times.
Applications for collection: Passports can be collected between
15:30 - 16:30 only. Please check the progress of your application
before coming to the visa application centre through our online
tracking service, by phoning our helpline or by using the optional
SMS service. If you need to travel
or collect your passport urgently please ask to speak to the visa
application centre manager.
Ramadan: From 23 August 2009 visa applications will be accepted
between 08:00 - 13:15
